"Loved our stay here. Very helpful staff, the pool was nice though the hot-tub was tepid at best. Gym was nice to have, laundry was great, room was huge and super clean, all the staff was super helpful."

"Great location!! If you are looking to stay in Myeongdong, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not in the middle of the bustling shopping area~ it’s more at the end of the market which you can navigate from all over the open streets to get to where you need to get to. Also, if you’re ever hungry, there are late note (24hr??) restaurants right across the street. Oh!! And one of the best thing about this hotel was the fact that you can catch a taxi without calling for one right by the bus stop in front. "

"Overall it was great! I was a bit disappointed when we first arrived because the place was small and little walking space and the carpet inside the room is old. But the staff were just amazing and gave us great service. The sheets and bedding were so luxurious feeling which made up for some of the disappointment but overall the responsive as of housekeeping, the front staff, and security downstairs made up for it. It was also so nice to have a laundry machine there. It is a little bit of a walk to the main Myeongdong shopping but very doable. It’s also conveniently located by angelinus which has good cafe drinks and breads and also a 7 eleven. Overall we were happy. They accommodated us late check out also. "

"The limousine airport bus stops right in front of the hotel to and from Incheon Airport. You just have to cross the street. The front desk is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They have laundry service that you can use by paying with a credit card. After check out we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers without paying a fee, which was great! Highly recommend for its convenience to and from places around seoul! Will come again!"

"Even though the hotel is slightly away from the metro station, it is still very walkable—and honestly worth it for the experience. Special thanks to Helena Park, who went above and beyond to assist me with a request before I even arrived. That thoughtful gesture alone made me feel like a truly valued guest and it set the tone for the entire stay. I was very grateful for the assistance and at first, I thought that it was just one particular staff who was nice. However, all the staff that I have encountered during my stay were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help where they could. Their excellent service truly stood out and made me feel at ease. The accommodation itself was great too—comfortable beds, clean rooms and good amenities. It has made my family’s first visit to Korea a happy and memorable one and I am so glad I found this hotel. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!"
