"The only issue we had was that our room and that of our traveling companions was COLD. When I called the front desk to ask how to turn on the heat, they said the heat was not working and that the only option was to turn the AC down on the thermostat but it didn't help. I asked if we could have some extra blankets and was told that there would be an extra charge which I said was not right so they gave us a blanket for our 2 beds and did not ultimately charge us."

"absolutely LOVED our stay here! We stayed for 5 nights and then left for Busan and will be returning to same hotel for a few additional nights before flying home. Hotel offered to store our larger luggage while we took a smaller bag to Busan which was perfect, our suite was gorgeous and made for a very clean and comfortable stay. I posted about my trip recently on social media and my friends booked this hotel for their upcoming trip as well, I’m would recommend to everyone and anyone! Location is also perfect! "

"I always love staying here as the location is excellent - easy to get to subway and buses, as well as walkable to many shopping areas including the Myeongdong night market and Lotte Department Store. There are also many restaurants and cafes around plus a GS25 convenience store in the lobby. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a kettle and a mini fridge provided. You can also make use of the microwave in the pantry on every floor."

"Nice place for a few days break. Right in the centre of Myeongdong shopping streets. Breakfast is good, just hectic sometimes and not very well managed when crowded. Staff generally are very friendly and polite, hotel is clean and quiet. We were on the 19th floor so the view was great. Room was a good size with a huge king bed."
