"The staff was excellent and the food/meals were amazing. The seki saba and aji sashimi as well as the bungo beef were delicious and a must try. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

"Breakfast was traditional Japanese faire, which was delicious and changes every day. They had 3 family onsens that you could use with your children. That was quite fun for the children. The staff was attentive, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. Our room had a bath fed by hot spring water so we could then soak in the comfort of our room. All in all, a wonderful experience"

"It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

"부모님 모시고 좋은 추억을 만들려고 간 여행이 숙박시설 때문에 실망스럽고 지불한 금액이 너무나 아까워서 후기를 남깁니다. 제가 예전에 경험한 료칸과 비교해보면 청결도, 서비스 면에서 많이 뒤쳐지는 곳이었습니다. 기본적으로 룸에 생수조차 제공되지않아 자판기 물을 사먹었고, 룸타월을 공용탕에 가지고가서 사용후 다시 룸에 가지고와야 다음날 아침에 사용할수 있었습니다. 잠자리를 만들기위해 테이블을 치우고 침구는 셀프로 깔아야했는데 두껍고 무거운 매트를 깔고 그위에 얇은 시트를 감싸덮고 또 이불도 꺼내서 셋팅해야하는 번거로움이 있었습니다. 예전에 경험한 료칸보다 숙박비가 배이상 비싼데 예전 료칸은 모두 호텔측에서 서비스 해주었던 부분입니다. 룸내에 세면대에는 수건을 걸수 있는 벽걸이조차 한개도 없어서 의자에 수건을 걸쳐놓을수밖에 없었습니다. 룸에 다다미 냄새뿐 아니라 화장실 냄새까지 나는것 같아서 밤새 잠을 설치고 나왔는데 정말 생각할수록 화가 납니다. 주중 1박에 룸 2개였는데 한국돈...

"The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of three. The two bedrooms, each with two single beds, provided more than enough space for two adults and one child. The kitchen was well equipped with essential cookware, including a rice cooker and microwave, which made it easy for us to prepare meals.
