"Worst stay I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing — with one major exception. Niko at the front desk was outstanding. He bent over backwards to switch our room when the Wi-Fi didn’t work and personally changed our bedspread after we discovered a blood stain on it. He was friendly, articulate, and genuinely helpful — truly the only bright spot of our stay.

"This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00.
However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). The sink was very slow to drain, and there was water under the sink on the floor numerous times even though I put a towel down to soak it up.
