"Have used Choice hotels before but this is not up to the usual standards. TV didn’t work in first room nor did the phone. Second room staff had to come to have the tv work. Breakfast was mediocre, burnt scrambled eggs and cold sausage. Staff was helpful."

"Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay."

"The hotel is quite old. The hallways have an unpleasant odor. The photos of the rooms on Expedia look okay, but the reality is much worse. I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities."

"Rooms are very basic and outdated, pool was quite dirty and needs to be cleaned badly, bathroom had floor board coming off and barely attached, beds were uncomfortable and sheets were very old looking. I would not stay here again."

"The room was clean and nice. Breakfast is served 6:00 to 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 for breakfast. At 9:40 a staff member was looking around tapping her fingers on a table, seemed irritated we all were still in there eating. She was sweeping around our area and others as we were eating. I was getting a cup of coffee to take with me at 9:50 and they closed the doors to the food area. The breakfast was horrible, the patty sausage and cheese egg omelets. The real potatoes were seasoned and good....

Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"We traveled with two minors for a quick stop on our way to Orlando, Florida and it was perfect. Got to enjoy the night life of Pensacola Florida. 8 minute drive to restaurants and the beach! Walked the beach & ate dinner on the beach. Definitely recommend!"

It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area."
