"Exceptional experience! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Uptown surrounded by many restaurants bars and the event centers this location was great for our overnight stay. Valet is pricey at $60 but in this area parking is expensive. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Luxurious, we received complementary champagne in our room and a complementary cocktail at the bar. The vibe was southern hospitality dripping in Parisian luxury. The bed was firm, high quality linens...

"It was confusing getting to the lobby which is on the 2nd floor. It doesn’t seem to have a main entrance that is obvious to check in. Otherwise very helpful staff and the breakfast was great!"

"Stayed at this location to attend a concert at Spectrum Center. This was a short walk there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage, nightly receptions, and free (really good) breakfast. The rooms are a really good size and have a microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay at this location again. "

"Location! Next door to Spectrum Center. Valet parking $55 day but worth it! No hassle finding parking. Hyatt Valet brings it down and takes it back up. Very convenient. Enjoyed our weekend stay for a Saturday event at the Spectrum Center. Will definitely be back!"

"They had a restaurant and a small bar. Perfect for convenience. Parking garage next to the hotel. Great walking around Uptown area. 15 min walk to convention center. Wonderful staff they are coming up on their 100 anniverary. So go check this place out and support the hotel. "
