The team members are phenomenal. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. They really are what makes the experience. The room was spacious and the shower was *chefs kiss*. The activities around the pool and nightly shows were a blast. It is a hilly property so they have carts to pick you up and take you to your destination if you don't want to be hiking everywhere. Great gym. The only issue we had was the wait times for dinner if you don't want to do the buffet. It’s first come, first serve but the wait was always 1 1/2 - 2 hours, even the day we showed up at 6:02 for service that started at 6 pm (this was after being told we couldn’t put our names on the list af 5:50 so we grabbed a drink and came back.) Overall, it was a great experience.

This property is built into a hillside, making golf cart rides to all desired destinations the norm. The room was nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. Food was good. Beach wasn’t great. We were excited to see monkeys the first couple days, otherwise, not much wildlife at this location. A few maintenance issues such as broken ice machine and fire alarm that kept going off, but staff was quickly responsive. Staff was great. Not our favorite all inclusive resort as a young family, but a great option for the party/drinking crowd.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Although located on a hill, they have golf cart shuttles to take you where you need to go on the property. Staff was pleasant and resort activities were fun.

This property is very nice. The service from the staff isn’t the best. For example, we ordered lemonade with our meal but it arrived after we finished eating. At check in I was told that the fridge would be stocked daily and snacks would be provided. I stayed there Sunday to Thursday. I didn’t remember about the snacks until my cousin mentioned them in her room. The entire time I was there my room was never stocked with snacks. I also learned that there were two beer options, regular and light. Everyday there were supposed to be 2 regulars and 2 lights. I did not receive this on any day that I was there. Upon checking in I learned about the Star class option for the hotel. If this information was given to me when I booked the trip. I would’ve upgraded my stay. At check in they didn’t properly explain the benefits of the Star package. If I knew about reservations to restaurants etc, I would’ve paid for this package. The steakhouse was not good. The sliders were missing ingredients. The meat was not flattened it was like eating a meatball in between bread. The steak was not good. It was poorly seasoned and bland. The most upsetting part was that when we arrived we were told that only Star class members could sit inside the restaurant. We were only told that the restaurants were first come first serve, not this. The service at the Italian restaurant was very slow. The burgers at the Guy restaurant were so dry. The bun was not grilled. The swim up Bar two was really smelly.

For our first time there we were very impressed with the hotel, service, staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful if you needed anything. We Really enjoyed the evening entertainment, dining options were awesome and food was excellent. Nice and clean and quiet. We definitely will return.
