"Der Service war hervorragend. Der Front Desk macht alles dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt und reibungslos abläuft. FItnessbereich ist gut, unklar war wie man die Sauna nutzen kann. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Einzig die Platzierung in einen bestimmten Raum ist nicht ganz nachvollziehbar, wenn in anderen fast alles leer ist.
Sauberkeit war ok, nur das Duschgel wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Aber alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit ein paar wenigen Details, die nicht gut...

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

Than one bathroom. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Location is great, very close to st luis bridge and timeout market. Everyone is very walkable."
