"Lovely refreshed room, fantastic new adults only bar. Spa is hugely overpriced as there is construction happening all around you. You shouldn’t charge premium prices for a less than experience. The food…. Awful for every meal. Except the room service chicken wrap from the children’s menu. But you pay like you’re visiting the best restaurants in New York. "

"Early check in was needed after being diverted via Samoa on an international flight. The front desk staff confirmed my room could be refunded after we could not check in early and I was still charged for the room. Extremely disappointed in the Ramada and would not recommend. "
