We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required. They did go out of their way to help however the hotel was in a state of total refurbishment with hammering noises from very early on on the morning we were there. The room itself had no toiletries, shelving to store items or tea/coffee making facilities or hairdryer which has been standard in other hotels. The shower facilities were very basic. There was no sea view!"
