Stayed here for a fortnight, the hotel is well connected to the rest of Nagoya, as well as having great amenities for the guest.
The only complaints from my friend and I are that only 2 pillows were provided (one for each guest) and they weren't that comfortable; also, the bath had a slight moldy smell, but still was clean and the smell went away after a few hours.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I only speak a little bit of japanese and the hotel staff were extremely understanding and accommodating. It was way better than I expected. Thank you so much for making my trip easier. I definitely will stay here again next time.
The hotel was within a 10 minute walk to 2 subway stations with close access to Nagoya Station. ( 1 to 2 stops) There are convenience stores near by if you need something. I Felt the room was little on the small side, especially with 2 people with 2 big suitcases. there may be bigger rooms in the hotel. Service from the staff was great and they were very quick to respond. To me, the bed felt a little too firm, but I have found out that that is common with Japanese hotels. Price was very good.
Breakfast was good. Laundry facilities were terrible, bad ventilation throughout the hotel. No proper air condition for individual rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We had a great 4 nights, the service was great, the breakfasts were delicious!
The only thing was i didnt look at the smoking level and should of booked a non smoking level as it was quite smelly, but that was my fault. Thanks for a great stay ;)
Hotel Wing International Nagoya was the perfect base for our recent visit to the Japanese Grand Prix, conveniently located near a subway station made for rapid transit to Nagoya station and then on to Suzuka, additionally there are plenty of places to eat nearby. rooms were comfortable, staff went out of their way to make us welcome, breakfast was adequate. all in all a good base for some exploring.
The hotel was convenient to the station, castle and the lively TV tower area. The staff were very helpful and quickly changed our room after we inadvertently booked a smoking room. Thank you!!
The rooms were small but still good for the price. Clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff were friendly. There wasn’t much variety at breakfast. Central area near a subway station. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
10-15 minute walking distance away from Nagoya main railway stations. Complimentary coffee and cleansers are impressive and helpful for your early morning itinerary.
Helpful customer service attitude.
Up to date and clean hotel. Lots of items to use freely or buy near reception area. Rooms are modern and clean. All the usual standards you can expect from a Japanese hotel. Central and close to several stations.
typical Japanese urban hotel. Rooms are compact.
We had a room with two double beds, so cozy with two kids.
Location was not that bad walking distance to the castle and Nagoya station. it would be better if they had on site parking.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Fine for a few nights, I'd book something with more space and a proper extra bed for longer. We had a double room with a fold down bed squeezed in. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet, we didn't hear any noise despite being on a busy road. The room was basic and a bit dated (damaged wallpaper had been repaired with Sellotape) but fine for a short stay. The TV had YouTube which was a win for our child!

Disliked: Amenities
Too much dust in the rooms. Property is outdated. The rooms are good size. Enjoyed their free amenities bar with bath salts and basic necessities.
We originally booked a smoking room because it was the only option available for a family of four. We did not realize how much the rooms actually smelled of smoke in reality. It was pretty unbearable! Thankfully, the hotel manager was able to switch us to a non-smoking room the day of arrival, which made our stay much more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I recommend adding that as your option if you will be staying at this hotel.
