15時ごろにチェックイン。 部屋の準備がまだで15分待たされ 朝食やチェックアウト時間、カードの使い方 他のお客には説明があるのに、私に全く無かった。 部屋はホコリまみれ 掃除はされてるのですか？ 掃除が行き届いてる感じがしません 何もかもが残念

Pros: just above Nagoya station but still silent Cons: wall is so thin, depend on your luck if next room is noisy... Also hotel side should ask Expedia to change the Chinese translated name...

名古屋駅すぐの非常に立地の良い場所でリーズナブルに宿泊できました。値段相応の、典型的なビジネスホテルと言った感じの部屋でした。

壁が薄くて隣のカップルの声が 丸聞こえで地獄でした。 やっと静かになったと思ったら 夜中には隣の部屋からいびきが聞こえてきて 結局、寝れませんでした。 また、電車の音も気になりました。 部屋は掃除が行き届きており、 快適に過ごせました。

立地だけは良い。それ以外は宿泊料金半分程度のホテルの方がアメニティや設備が充実している。設備が古いだけならまだしもランプの埃やアメニティは不十分のように思います。

It was okay. I thought it would be more convenient to stay here but it was overall a very noisy crowded area near nagoya station. They informed us at check-in that they didn't have air conditioning yet either until April. We could open the windows but it was directly across from the train tracks so you could hear them running all night. Lastly, the bed was pretty hard and the shower head sprayed stinging water bolts. It was okay, but overall wouldn't stay here again.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The location is within the outer perimeter of the Nagoya Station complex. The decor is from another era but I enjoyed the nostalgia.

地點很方便就在名鐵線名駅的上面，由名駅下車到酒店不用三分鐘，而名駅本身的大商場和地下街集於一身，購物很方便，如有參加高山白川鄉一日團的集合地點就在附近很方便，為一就是酒店附近沒有便利店，只有位於酒店3樓的一架Lawson可惜他不是二十四小時營業。 至於房間內的設施都很齊全整潔，每日會提供一支水，房間電視的免費頻道很少只有幾個台沒有東京和大阪住過的酒店那麼多，唯獨要注意房間內的冷氣如何調校溫度都只會熱氣，要開窗才能降低房間室內溫度。

Great location by all the central train stations but showing its age and don't be fooled by the VIP Access status. I got zilch! Not good when I choose based on VIP status only to get nothing. Might as well of stayed somewhere else as there are several very good hotels in the area, like The Strings and The Prince. If convenience for transport and/or shopping then a great choice.

As it was located in Nagoya Station, the transportation was convenient and the surrounding conditions such as restaurants and shopping were good. The hotel staff's kindness and help were the best. What was a pity was that the hotel facilities were a little old. Thank you for kindness and help during my stay."

Location is about all this hotel has going for it. Once they have refurbished their annex things may improve but currently showing its age, rooms are small and they did not provide Expedia Gold VIP access benefits.

Loved the property, did not like the neighbors that were sharing rooms all around ours. They were loud throughout the night and smoking in their rooms venting it outside which prevented us from opening the windows . Not the hotels fault, still a great stay with a helpful staff that seemed to always have an English speaking person at the front desk.

Extremely convenient to nagoya station and the mall nearby. Lots of food options. Rooms are quite dated though, but its worth the trade in my opinion. Prices are reasonable.

Location 5 star *****. The property itself however is dated. Design of the entire property is back in the 70/80. Colour tone of the property way too old-fashioned and dark. Furnitures in the room way too old out of line with time. DVD is something in the dust of history. The property seriouly needs a revamp to keep up with time. TV can be taken away, and offer guests the chance to watch NETFLIX by using guests' own account. Hope this helps.
