"I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). "Great location. Very good condition. Shower control has flow control too. I hate hotels where you can't control the flow. We did tell the hotel. It would be nice if they had more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang the bathtubs. "We liked the suite a lot. We came to town for an event but liked it so much we talked about coming for a weekend getaway.
The only thing for us was the bed was much too soft. We sleep in a queen at home but this was so soft it was hard to change position in bed. We thought when we come back we may try the sleep sofa.
