Hotel murah di Nalagasdeniya

"予約完了後、数時間でホテル側から「設備の破損があり修理に4〜5日掛かる。キャンセルしてくれ」とのメールが来た。 この時点でキャンセル料が100%掛かる時間帯。 こちらからキャンセル手続きをすると宿泊代が戻らないかもしれないと考えてそのままにしておき東京の窓口に電話。 何度かけても時間を変えて掛けても日にちを変えて掛けても繋がらない。祝日で休みだったのかもしれないが旅先で問い合わせ窓口に電話が全然繋がらないのはとても困る。 当日、直接ホテルに出向くが看板が無く分かりにくい。 やっと見つけたら開いていない。誰もいない。 隣のアパートにオーナーか従業員が居たので事情を聞くと、彼らからキャンセル手続きはした。彼らにもサイト側からの返信が無いとのこと。 最終的に数日が経過して代金の払い戻しのメールが届いた。 窓越しに眺めた部屋はサイトの紹介通り良さそうな感じだったので泊まれなかったのは残念だ。 入口の階段に多数の野良犬の糞が落ちていたのはいただけない。 また同じ地域に行くことがあれば今度は泊まって評価を出したいと思う。"

"Loved this little bit of paradise. The pool and view is the highlight, very quiet and tranquil, a great place to relax and unwind. Great food, fresh and very reasonable. Quiet remote but taxi or tuk tuk is easy to arrange via the reception. Rooms vary, some have better lake views than others, but very clean and well arranged and a good size. Only negative is that there is no mini-bar so no easy to keep you water and drinks called, although you can always get ice from the bar. Suits couples more...

"We enjoyed quietness of the location even though it is close to get to Hikkadua. Love to sit at the pool and seeing all the rice paddies. The owner tried very hard to make us feel comfortable and did a great job! "

"I can't imagine there being a better place in Galle. Peaceful. Quiet. Lovely owner. She was so nice to us, my wife was pregnant and even let us stay a bit longer whilst we waited for our taxi as she wasn't feeling well. What a lovely human being! "I had a perfect stay at Royal Beach Hikkaduwa. Room was spacious. Room was very clean including nice and fresh linen. They always asked me if I need any help and was really helpful. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had lunch and dinner at there Lumina Restaurant and Bar. Food and cocktails were amazing. Hotel is just in front of the beach and honestly it looks like a paradise. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who travels to Hikkaduwa. I will definitely come back next year...

"At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there."

"Let me start we arrived at the hotel staff was super friendly right from the beginning. As we we’re walking to see our room we went towards the water to find out no beach since we are beach people my wife started to lose it I said let’s see the room first as she is telling Me I am not staying here . We go up to the room it was beautiful and comfortable! Well she opens cabinets where tv is supposed to be no tv boy she wanted to murder me . I said let’s spend the night and we will talk about it ....

"Room was excellent, food & drinks were great, staff exceptionally friendly and curteous. Hotel is a little remote, but that's the appeal - 20 min walk into the local town / beach, and 10 minute Tuktuk back up the hill. (Usually LKR 500 - £1.25 or thereabouts)"
