"1st the staff ate all nice and friendly and very helpful. 2nd the room > our room is a little small also the the bathroom understandable because it’s a small hotel but its clean. Water pressure for shower 8/10 i like it. 3rd the breakfast > breakfast is good simple but good . But we stayed for 4day i wish it change every day or every 2days the menu. Last Location > it’s walkable to Moana , petting zoo, cafe,some restaurants but I don’t think i can walk to the center even it say 8 minutes walk the incline will kill me 😂 so we use grab all the time."

"Location is perfect, right on Sapa Square, but it also makes it very loud, almost 24 hours a day. There's music outside starting sometime around 6am and going until late every day of my five night reservation. Plenty of good restaurants around, the Hmong people were very friendly. If your reservation includes breakfast, you get access to the buffet on the second floor, something I didn't know until my final morning. There's a restaurant on the first floor and I thought that's where you went. English is minimal. It was fine."
