"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! "The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room...

They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent.
