"The biggest shortcoming was the WiFi. Availability was never consistent, poor quality at best Housekeeping did a great job "

"Everything was great"

"Where do I start. No hot water or even no water! Cockroaches in shower! Holes in sheets. No shelving for storage. WiFi non existent. Extremely noisy, however it is near a main road with lots of drunken & drug infused people! We were informed breakfast started at 10.00 am, however at 10.15 nothing was open! We were booked in for 3 nights but informed staff we were leaving the next morning. Staff rang manager who promised a 2 night refund once her marketing staff opened the email from Expedia....

J’ai le regret de vous faire part que le personnel est moins présent. Une journée la chambre n’a pas été faite, des serviettes de bain manquantes ainsi que le papier wc. "Our stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect and close to restaurants, 7/11 and the night markets. The rooms were clean and a good size. Our room was serviced fully and well everyday. The rooftop pool was also a great addition it has great views and was generally quiet during the month we visited . No complaints whatsoever we are highly likely to rebook this hotel the next time we visit."

"Detta var absolut det mest hemska upplevelsen jag någonsin haft i ett hotell, otroligt smutsigt rum, där duchen var helt möglig och smutsig, kändes äckligt att behöva duscha där varje dag efter stranden. Golvet är Oljigt och fettigt, lukten vi möttes på så fort vi öppnade dörren var en unken gammal lukt. Sidan om detta är personalen bortom all kritik det värsta jag har upplevt, otroligt nonchalanta och otrevliga så som det är någon som tvingar dem och jobba där, förutom en blond tjej som jobbar...
