"I would have given a higher score if it weren’t for the unwelcomed surprise received at check in. We were informed that our card would be charged for a “Resort fee” that was never mentioned when we made our selection while booking our trip. We will use a different source for future trips."

"This hotel is right on the beach and caters to tourists. It is very clean and the room was very comfortable."

Hilo Reeds Bay Hotel
"There's no A/C and that should be easier to know in advance. Beyond that, it was an old building and very basic but it was also a lot less than any hotel in town so if you just need a place to crash, it works!"
