"I would have given a higher score if it weren’t for the unwelcomed surprise received at check in. We were informed that our card would be charged for a “Resort fee” that was never mentioned when we made our selection while booking our trip. We will use a different source for future trips. "

"Ocean view, bottled-cold drinking water and breakfast are the best things about the B&B. But the room we had is a little too small for two people and the room has no air conditioning and it was hot to sleep until later night."

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"We had an enjoyable stay, we were received by Kelly with fresh delicious muffins, the house was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, each day was a different menu with fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit, juice, coffee or late and attention to detail. Kelly was very hospitable and she made us feel like home. I recommend a stay here "

"Jeff was a kind host, The land was absolutely Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, nice rooms though Eye stayed in the tent which Eye enjoyed. It gets pretty hot and there during the day and very cool at night. Less than a minute drive from my favorite clothing optional beach. Eye really enjoyed my stay. "The community spaces were very nice. The rooms were somewhat like a dormitory with a common space. Staff was excellent. Most importantly it was very clean, well maintained and comfortable."

"Price and location were good, there was no ac, but there was an ocean breeze and screened windows. However, very loud dog barked on and off during the night. Ear plugs were provided but i can never get them to stay in. Wifi also did not work right so tv kept freezing up"
