"Sign in was quick and not very informative. Room cleaning was to be every other day and our room was only cleaned 2days out of 7. Outdoor staff was wonderful, attentive and remembered your names. Jen and Ashley really made the stay worth it. Pool area was good but by 4th day it needed to be cleaned. Beach was small but beautiful. We were told our last day that the hotel next door that had a roof restaurant were shared hotels and we could use that . That food was wonderful vs hotel dinning was not so good. I have a suggestion for bathroom showers they need grab bars as they are very slippery. I will not say it was the worst hotel and I rate it a good 6. "

"Absolutely loved our time here! The views are gorgeous. Our suite was very clean and lots of room. The restaurant on site had great breakfast and a good lunch/dinner. Only “negative” would be the staffing at the on site restaurant. The staff had amazing attitudes but you could tell they were short staffed and tried their best to keep up with the busy times. Caused a little bit of delay with being seated and drinks and such. "
