"Unfortunately we spent only our last night at this hotel because it was completely booked for the 4th of July weekend. It will be our first choice next time we’ll fly to the Tampa area. The hotel is a little old but very well maintained. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette, few pots and pan, dishes and silverware, table and chairs, and full size fridge. We didn’t have any time to use any of it but it was a nice surprise. The only thing I really didn’t like is how loud was the air...

"Clean and comfortable"

"I understood the bedding was only changed every 3 days but I thought they would make the beds every day. I reported it to the front desk and nothing changed. Only on the days the sheets were changed fed did the beds get made and one other day. For what we paid I expected more. The breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have coffee and tea available all the time."

"We booked Floridian Inn for July 4th booked same day. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Floridian Inn. This place is located just before the bridge to Get to Clearwater. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Gas station on the corner and picked up last minute items for snacks or drinks. The king sized room was spacious and had full kitchen, large fridge, microwave, table to eat, desk, a couch with cup Holders and comfy bed. Nice and clean room. Smelled good. Ac worked well! "We had such a great stay at the CW Resort in Clearwater! The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, the views were amazing, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a Florida getaway. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location. Just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room where recently renovated and facilities were great. The pool area was clean and well equipped with loungers, cabanas and towels. Kathy offered complimentary drinks when we were at the pool. Parking always available. Cute little place."

"Property was super well kept, pool was clean and so were the rooms and hallways. Parking does cost $20 per day, which is downside. Also, you “have” to purchase drinks through the pool bar, you cannot bring in your own drinks. The food from the grill is excellent and portions are big. Room service is also excellent. We did not have to use our car while there as everything was walking distance."
