"Hello, we would like to make a complaint regarding our stay in rooms 116 and 113. We experienced several issues that we do not think are acceptable. - Incomplete towels provided - Shower door misaligned (does not close) - Soap and shampoo dispenser stuck - Both rooms had a wet towel hanged on the back of door - Dirty floor - The blanket and pillows for the sofa bed was missing for one of the rooms - One of the rooms was delivered an hour and a half late -None of these issues were resolved...

"The location was good for my purposes although confusing to actually access the hotel. I definitely did not like the automated service for the front desk although both Sid and David were polite and cordial. My room was musty so I had to purchase deodorizer. My toilet stopped up. Having no closet also presented a problem for me. While having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient no ironing board and iron was not as well as no front desk phone connection. I would not recommend or stay...

"The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. They also listed bikes at the property but they are not rideable. Both bikes have rusted chains and in one the kickstand was rusted and...

"A child on the same floor was unhappy the entire time, cried a whined till 2am, then around 6am, the family was in the hallway trying to console her, she cried and cried and complained… I couldn’t sleep with all of that going on so I hit the beach early, I had a long road ahead of so I figured I get back to the hotel around 9, to try to get some rest, nope, this family was still struggling with this child, Cora was the little girls name, over and over, “ Cora baby this and Cora baby that”, worst...

"The breakfast server was really attentive and friendly. The pool was really awkward and in the front of the building so we did not use it."

"Quiet little please. They had grills for you to use and a nice pool. Only downfall is Just the rooms doesn't have the chairs they show in the picture. Just 2 hard chares for a table. The shower wasn't big people friendly, had few broken blinds in the bathroom that they used toilet paper to cover up."
