We stayed 3 days here. The location was so convenient- it’s in the center of the city. The front desk lady Bess was wonderful. She went out her way to help me. Match may be the best season to visit Nanjing. Flowers are blossoming through the city. Food was so fresh and good. We had a wonderful time in Nanjing.

3 mins walk to Gulou station metro. Safe and good location, adjacent to small shopping mall. Staff english understanding very limited for an 5 stars international hotel. Rooms are old and need major renovations. Working chair was not working and asked to change 2x but not being done.

Had some payment issue at check in. Problem cleared in about 10 minutes. Reception gave me a free breakfast because of this problem. The hotel is the tallest building in Nanjing. Subway line 1 and 4 is right outside of the hotel. Big room size! Friendly staffs.
