Cet hotel et notre chambre avait tout pour plaire: premierement, tout est neuf avec des materiaux de premiere gamme, une entree securisee, un ascenseur, une chambre spacieuse, plein de rangement, un lit grand et tres confortable, un micro ondes, une cafetiere avec des croissants, des confitures et des biscuits fournis. j'ai beaucoup voyage, et je dois dire que c'est probablement la meilleure chambre qu'on ait eu, hyatt, marriott et autres chaines d'hotel inclus. la communication avec l'hote est facile. somme toute, parfait pour un court sejour comme base de visite du vesuve et de herculanum.

Die Gastgeberin Lucia ist sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Dachterrasse und Blick auf den Vesuv. Die Ausgrabungsstätten von Herculaneum sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The way everything looks is the way it is beyond customer service it felt like family treatment i will never forget the owner the people around this hotel amazing stop looking and book here!
They have different fruits just know some of those oranges if you cook are more for that and the small tangerines are an easy grab easy treat !

Palazzo e appartamento molto curato e pulitissimo, dotato di ogni comfort. La Signora Lucia che gestisce il palazzo è stata gentilissima e molto prmurosa. Gli scavi sono raggiungibili a piedi e a 15 minuti di auto si trovano gli scavi di Pompei. Ottima soluzione per visitare la zona, consigliatissimo!!!

This property was outstanding. Everything we saw in the pictures was what we got. The property is newly refurbished from the ground up with contemporary and state of the art designs. Even though it is located on a busy street, our apartment was extremely quiet with the heavy duty windows closed. The apartment is smartly furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked during our visit. The parking is onsite and very convenient. We had a hiccup at check in with the apartment not fully cleaned, but the staff remedied it immediately and we were very happy with the cleaniness going forward. This property can be a challenge to get to by car due to the traffic in the surrounding area, and it can be a challenge by train because only the Circumvesuviana train services this area. However, we found that to be a minor inconvenience for staying at this terrific property.

Loved the room and the decor was very impressive and loved the balcony. Lucia and the staff were amazing - met me on arrival, whatsappd me prior to arrival and arranged my departure - 5 star service. Fantastic apartment. Very comfortable bed, nice modern design, and good facilities including coffee machine and exceptionally quiet kettle. The only slight issue we had was receiving the incorrect code to access our room on arrival. However, this was sorted within 30 minutes. Lucia was helpful throughout our stay and responded in a timely manner to WhatsApp messages. Great transport links to Naples, Vesuvius & Sorrento, and easy walking distance to Herculaneum and restaurants - we enjoyed eating at Pappamonte near Herculaneum, and Casa Kbirr (both had Gluten Free options). The apartment building is roadside and there is some traffic noise but this didn’t bother us at all. Overall excellent. We would happily to stay here again.

It was a beautiful place. Well appointed and super helpful staff. Lucia was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. We had a nice view from the balcony. It is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise and it’s about a 20 minute walk to the train station so well situated. My only complaint would be that the neighborhood it’s in isn’t the greatest. Abandoned buildings and not very much around the hotel.

Nicely restored property in an up and coming but quiet area. Limited parking but it was secured with a gated entry. There was an issue with somebody smoking inside the property, despite it being a non-smoking location, which would not have continued if it had been handled stronger. Overall, a good pick for the price.

Ho recentemente soggiornato per due notti al Vesuvius Palace Aparthotel e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, la mia camera era vista mare con balcone molto luminosa con luce naturale! Le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e dotate di tutti i comfort moderni. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia impeccabile e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, pronto a offrire consigli su ristoranti locali ecc.. Il personale che esegue l'accoglienza e il checkin molto disponibile e professionale. Disponibile per varie indicazioni richieste e parcheggio molto comodo all'interno dalla struttura. tutto molto bello e pulito. Ottimo in tutto, se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli le camere sulla strada sono un po rumorose per il traffico.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, auch wenn die Gegend leider nicht so schön ist. Aber wenn das Tor aufgeht ist man in einer anderen Welt und wird sehr liebevoll bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Die Lage ist gut um nach Neapel zu kommen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Rented the best room in the hotel, massive balcony with a breathtaking view of Vesuvius and the landscape of the volcano. Despite being about a 20 minute drive from the live section of Naples it was worth it. The room was modern, beautifully decorated with a kitchen so cooking was a great option with a near by grocery store with endless options. Employees were great! Again, if you want to spend evenings with family breaking bread and drinking wine while absorbing paradise until the sun sets is the best way to end your day. A little on the pricey side but this was a treat I would definitely go back however rent a car this time around.

Casa D Hotel served as an excellent home base for our Italian travels. The staff consistently went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional—often the highlight of my day, particularly as someone who prefers heartier fare over traditional al dente pasta preparations. The location couldn't have been more convenient, situated within walking distance of the central train, metro, and bus stations. We also appreciated the proximity to diverse shopping and dining options, plus a laundromat just two blocks away—a lifesaver during our two-week journey. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, though I should note that the hotel doesn't offer scenic views. However, this minor shortcoming is more than compensated by the outstanding service and genuinely comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend Casa D Hotel to fellow travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and exceptional hospitality in Italy.

Absolute Empfehlung – perfekt in jeder Hinsicht! Wir waren rundum begeistert! Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, top gepflegt und absolut sauber – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Die Lage ist ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen, und trotzdem gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hotelbesitzerin: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat uns mit allen Infos versorgt, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, herzlich und professionell – besser geht’s wirklich nicht! Kurz gesagt: Ein Aufenthalt, wie man ihn sich wünscht. Klare Weiterempfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Very comfortable stay at Vesuvius Palace. The room was a delight, so spacious, clean and with a rainfall shower. Some pastries/snacks, water/hot drinks provided in the room for no extra cost. Excellent communication from host Lucia prior and during the trip. Thank you!
