"Hotel very nice, clean, pretty. We brought our small dog, which we knew there would be a pet fee, however when 150 dollar charge was added on for pet cleaning of the room. after being charged 100 pet fee , this did not sit right with me! We were never told or informed of this 150 charge? When questioned the lady said it should say it on website, which we couldn't not find it! What is the purpose of a petted and then a pet cleaning fee? We did enjoy our stay ."

"Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible. "
