I was a guest during the Nashville winter storm of 2026. This hotel was exceptionally busy and it would have been easy for things to be overlooked. But there was on employee specifically that stood out. Peach was courteous, kind, and patient during a VERY chaotic time in the city. The kindness and grace she showed every guest is what the hospitality industry is all about. Would definitely stay here again coming back through Nashville as the impression left on me was overwhelmingly positive.

My stay at the Aloft!

The overall stay was excellent. I loved the design of the hotel and thr staff was cool! I didn't like that there was no microwave in our room and the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. I would stay here again and hopefully this things will have been addressed!

Great place to stay

I really like this hotel. It's clean, quiet and accommodating. The bed is comfy and the big tv that allows you to log into your streaming services is a definite plus for me.

Had a great stay at Aloft. The ambiance was cool, the bar was great, and everyone was super friendly. Dina and Josh at the bar made it a fun time every night. Amber at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Kevin in security and Hakim were both awesome. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
