Booked 2 nights via expedia.com back on March 7th. When I arrived, I was informed that I was only booked for 1 night. Even though I had confirmation of reservation, no one (meaning Days Inn staff or Expedia rep) could tell me how my reservation managed to get cut to 1 day only. Luckily, the manager happened to be on property late the night of our arrival. He was able to work it out and book me another night but the rate was about $35 more than what I had booked the reservation for. After a 3.5 hr travel, this was disappointing to have to deal with at 10pm. The room was hot and humid throughout the entire stay. Compared to rates at other hotels in the area, fair stay for the money.

Property was difficult to find. The environment is very unappealing. Locks on doors are flimsy and don't give good sense of security. Sheets were dirty with spots and frays in them. Even found hairs on the sheets. Mattress was terrible and you could feel the springs. I could not stay and tried to get a refund but of course they refused. Please reconsider before booking with them!!!

We didn’t even check in. We pulled in the parking lot and got scared just looking at the rif raf hanging about. Tried to call 3 times, got nothing but a machine. Rooms were boarded up with plywood…..the pictures on Expedia were grossly misleading, not even pictures of the same property . Horrible!!!

My first clue that this was in an unsafe area was that the front desk person handed us a physical key instead of a key card to enter our room. We went into the room and the bed was soaking wet, the toilet was loose and the furniture was ripped. The person at the front desk was helpful, but it didn’t make a difference. Do not stay here!

Hey JillThis is Duane the manager at Days Inn. The only reason the room you were assign to had a regular key not because the hotel isn't safe its a safe place your right in the middle of 2 main police precincts also the property has 12 closed circuit cameras that is views 24/7. you enter the room and was in there for about 20 minutes and then came and ask for a new top blanket and it was provided for you. I do room checks everyday and that bed was clean. I don't know what happen while you and your guest were in the room. I do value all of the guest that's choose to stay with use. if the bed wasn't we due to you when y'all checked in I don't think you would've came to get a new blanket you would've just left.

Non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Cleaners came into the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Front desk workers were rude and prioritized personal phone calls over guests checking in. $75 deposit was charged upon check in for potential damages, was not discussed upon reservation, and will not be returned for several days. Loud music and talking throughout the night, though that can happen lots of places. Would not stay again.

I liked that the property had deck seating to enjoy but unfortunately it had been raining so i couldnt use it. The room had some things like the drywall needing to be fixed in areas where it was missing in sink area. During my stay there was no hot breakfast at all. The reason I chose this Hotel over the other inexpensive ones was for the breakfast in the morning and there was only toast, bagels, and cereal.

We should have left without staying. The property looks nothing like the website photos, which are clearly stock photos and not actual. The property was dirty and broken, there were traffic cones blocking the whole driving lane, the parking stalls barely fit vehicles, and there was trash everywhere. The woman running the desk needs to be given another job. Not only does she not have customer service skills, she can't use a computer, was on her phone the entire time, and is SUPER SLOW at everything. It took her over 20 minutes to help each of the two women in line ahead of me at check in. The woman in front of me was being moved to another room because hers was a giant cloud of smoke from the previous occupant. It took forever to get her into a new room. We should have just left then. Another guest waiting to check in after us left because it was taking so long. We finally check in and get room keys, and head to room 207. Much to our surprise as well as the couple IN room 207, that room was already occupied. We went back to the office, where we waited in line another 10 minutes for her to finish checking in a man, before being sent off to room 122. What to say about the room...stained, beaten up, broken. The towel rack was rusted and falling down, the bathroom was gross, there weren't enough towels for two people, the beds had two sheets and no blankets, and the noise from the hotel was LOUD ALL NIGHT. There is not a thing about this property worth money to stay at.

This is the worst hotel in Nashville. They don’t honor online reservations and the hotel clerk is rude. They like to charge people double. Expedia agent try to talk to her about canceling and refunding our money She wouldn't answer the damn phone just ignoring the call

This Duane the manager at Days Inn. I went and looked back at your reservation and it showed me you were a No Show. We do honor online reservation and you were not charged double. I tried calling you personally myself a couple times and left you a message to see exactly what happen but I didn't get an answer no a call back. It was okay for the time we actually stayed in the room. It was convenient to the hospital, I was admitted to. My daughter and husband were my drivers. Needed a place to sleep. My husband thought there was too much parking lot noise. The beds looked clean and lots of hot water.

The one redeeming quality was the woman at the front desk. Besides that not much else. It took me 25 mins to check in because they didn't know if they would have a room available despite me having a reservation. The woman at the front desk had to call her supervisor to see what she could do. She eventually found me a room, but still had to see if my room was even cleaned. The sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty, air conditioning didn't work, television kept going in and out and the people next to me were incredibly loud the entire night. I doubt I'll be able to get any sleep. Plus the room was definitely smoked in previously. I have asthma and will have to sleep in a mask for the entire night. Definitely not pleased with this stay and will be making an attempt to get a refund.

They don't do house keeping you don't get fresh towels! We had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. When we got there didn't have toilet paper. Room smelled like wet dog. The t.v. remote didn't work then t.v. kept going out of service so no watching it. Your key to your room you have to keep getting it programmed. Breakfast looked horrible. Hardly anything. Had people keep going past our door knocking and running off! Toilet seat was loose and tub has black mold! Oh and the phones in the room doesn't work! They charged my card twice luckily one payment went back on. We had to be in Nashville because of my doctor's wish I looked at the reviews before hand. Wouldn't recommend this place even if it was $20 a night! Save your money and go somewhere else... we stayed Thursday-Sunday

This hotel was so nasty. staff so unprofessional room dirty bed sheets dirty bathroom was disgusting no toilet paper or clean towels. I could not go inside the room 2 times. I had to go back to the office so they could fix this . No safety lock on the door this hotel should be closed down

It was not at all like the photos.
The sliding door to the lobby was broken so you have to physically drag the door to the side to get in and out for check in/breakfast/check out. The key reader for our door was broken. The towels were dirty. The coffee maker in the room was broken. The microwave was just sitting on the floor which was strange. The breakfast area had a pan full of sausage soaking in water. Other than that it was fine. At least the bed was comfortable and firm.
