Le logement est satisfaisant mais aucune ouverture de fenêtres possible. Obligé d avoir la clim..dommage car nous avions vue sur cour.Le logement est propre et assez bien équipé,bien situé.Le parking est dans la résidence sécurisé. Il manquait les serviettes de bain et du gel douche pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Dans l ensemble séjour satisfaisant.

This property was a very walkable distance to the Capital View area and about a 40 minute walk to Broadway. The staff were very prompt with answering my emails before, during and after our stay. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you might need and is very spacious (has a dishwasher which is very nice). Overall good experience

The condo itself was not in the best neighborhood but I never felt unsafe. Great location. Only about a 5min walk to Broadway or the gulch! Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Decent enough place. Check in is more of a hassle than most places but not a huge issue. Unsafe are but intensive a gate so not too bad. Apartment fits all the needs and close to downtown attractions.

Great apartment

The apartment itself was very clean however it was just not in a very safe environment. I was traveling solo and ended up doing some running around the apartment in the surrounding area and it didn’t seem like the most safe area to be in as a solo traveler. However, if you’re traveling with a group, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s very clean and they are very good with communication.

This was a perfect location that allowed you quick access to everywhere you wanted to be. The apartment was great as well. No need to ever look at hotel rooms again if you are looking to be close to Broadway for a trip. Will rent again in the future. The neighborhood past it looks a little rough but there was no issues. It was perfectly safe there

1st time to Nashville

The place was very nice, updated kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom good size. Bedding needs to be updated. Could tell there were old stains that just won't come out. Comfort bed. Area was alright too. I felt safer because of the gates area. Parking was a little cramped at times. Host was great at communicating. It's a 3.8/5😁

Overall the apartment was very nice. I think a few things could be added to help with the stay. For one, some darker curtains in the bedroom since the windows are facing East, also some darker curtains in the living room as there is a very bright security light that shines in through that main window as well.

We had everything we needed. Some of the dishware was sticky but we just washed it before use. You only had hot water in the shower for about 10 min but was doable. About a mile walk to Broadway where the bars and live music is. Good amount of things to do and places to go within a few minutes. Up and coming area but we had no issues and felt safe.

The internet never worked so we could watch tv the entire 5 days and only one mirror in the whole place so hard for multiple people to get ready and parking and stairs we very hard to get luggage in and out of building

Good value, comfortable, scary neighborhood

Overall, nice apartment. Nice living room, Kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom. Looks like there have been a few parties there, lots of scrapes and marks on the walls, could stand for some painting. Parking was inside a gate, but the neighborhood did not feel very safe. 3 different codes to open gate, lobby and room. The steps to the 2nd floor were very steep.

Si à l'ouverture de la porte, l'appartement parait bien, une fois entré c'est autre chose. - une puanteur dans nom (j'ai passé 1.5 bouteille de febreze en 3 jours, l'odeur était si forte que je suis partie avant la fin de ma réservation) - des portes et des murs défoncés - isolation inexistante - ils vous prélèvent une caution de $ 250.- pour d'éventuels dégats et si vous ne faites aucune photo, ils vous facturent les travaux à venir qui ne seront jamais fait. - aucun commerce à proximité (2 miles pour le premier supermarché) - quartier insécure et bruyant - le parking annoncé est à 100 mètres derrière l'immeuble et en pente. Quand on décharge les valises ou les courses, cela se sent bien. Bref, je déconseille à tout point
