The front desk charged me for parking even though I didn't have a car. The service at the bar was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant, hotel, or otherwise. The gym was filthy; dirty towels everywhere.

I only stayed at this location for one night due to an early flight out however, the room was amazing, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was able to utilize the bar/restaurant area and that was excellent as well. The airport shuttle ran on time and is extremely convenient as it runs 24/7. When I am back in this area, I will absolutely stay at this location again.

Late arrival flight (10:30pm) - The shuttle driver was awesome, super kind. Check-in was a letdown though — no smile, no info, just handed us keys. Room was NOT clean: dirty shower, weird stains on the bathroom door, hair on the floor/counter, and stained bedding. Told the front desk and they just said they’d “note it” — no room switch, no cleaning offered, so we were stuck with it. Checkout guy was really nice and apologized. Shuttle and checkout staff were great, but the room situation was a dealbreaker. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This is probably the most run down Marriott Hotel that I've ever stayed at. The room was clean, and the beds were ok, but the hotel is kinda grungy and not in great repair. It is VERY close to the airport however, so if that's your priority I guess its ok. Parking is extra, breakfast is extra.

I advised the front desk that the safe did not open and lock, and secondly the bathroom sink was draining very slow. I was advised that both item had been taken care of when I returned to my room later, however everything was still the same. Safe would not lock and the sink drainage was still very slow.

The rooms were clean and bright. The bathroom was a good size as well. The only downside was the pillows. Probably the worst pillows ever. Please replace those things. Other than that we had an excellent stay.

This hotel was perfect for my two nights stay in Nashville. I came for a concert and the room was clean. They allowed an early check-in for me. I ate breakfast at the restaurant and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay I would highly recommend.

Room doors are very loud when closing. It sounds like the doors are being slammed but it is just the poor design. Startled me awake through the night. Shower leaks onto the floor and shower door had no seal. But bed and room were good. Shuttle to airport was great.
