The room was dirty the shower was filthy, the beds were rock hard and I would never recommend anyone to say at that location ever.

Overall, Holiday Inn brand is much better than this property. We went by that, and it was not at all what we expected. The microwave in the room didn’t work, we asked for the replacement, and they said they didn’t have any. The cabinets would not close and the property overall could have been maintained better..

Only issue - no coffee at breakfast. Food service was a bit slow. I think they had more people than expected.

The staff was very helpful with a small repair. The beds were not as comfortable like other Holiday Inn's. It was difficult to find. A better map or written directions would help.

Beautiful hotel, friendly service. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable beds and the free breakfast was delicious. Definitely a 10. Thank you and we will stay again when passing through. Highly recommend.
