Love the concept of The Gilmore almost being like a timeshare with amenities and services throughout your stay. Each unit (our group was in a 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom) was clean, well laid out, bright, and well-appointed. We also loved the area. It was nice to be away from the downtown strip—but only a 10-minute Uber ride away.

Wonderful stay! 8 of us shared the 4 bed 3 bath suite. The kitchen was fully stocked with daily top ups. Very clean space, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. All in all the property exceeded our expectations. And the best part, it’s right in the heart of 12 South. 10/10 I would recommend :)

The Gilmore was amazing. Live music, clean room with a kitchenette and large fridge. Located next a bustling avenue with lots of local shops, what is there not to like? Staff is super friendly and you’re also not far from Downtown Nashville. I highly recommend this place.

It’s wonderfully done & room had everything, enjoyed the room and many amenities of hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Area hip and lots of restaurants in nicer shopping. Beds - HARD and LOW, not luxury, would not return because of it.

Great location for a reasonable price. Offers the basics in terms of amenities and staff and charges a fee for things like room cleaning, etc. Air conditioning worked fine for us although it was still spring so highs were only in the 80’s. Room had a full size refrigerator and microwave. Limited coffee and pastries available in the lobby in the morning, but coffee wasn’t really hot enough. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice but no real added amenities except a couple patios. No big deal though because it’s surrounded by restaurants/bars/shops and a park all within walking distance. REALLY nice area. Great for dogs and exercise conscious people. Would absolutely stay again. Staff is always nice!
