They advertised the internet and advised us of the username and password. They knew it had been out for two days due to a storm. If you like cold showers, this is the place for you. A lot of loud and rowdy guests are drunk, and swimming in the pool keeps you up all night. The name is not Parrot Cottage. It is Viking on building

Mold on the ceiling of the roof in the room, whole in the bed, no curtains on the window in the bathroom had to use a pillow to cover the window. Dirty pillows. No hot water.Water barely trickleing out. I have videos and pictures

No service. Put us in another place that was terrible so we did not stay in the place we paid for that is Parrot cottage for the first night. Was on the phone with Expedia trying to find a place for 2 hours while we stayed at the airport. Could not do anything for us. Parrot cottage said that someone Missed their flight so they allowed them to continue to use the room that we were supposed to check into! Whole experience was despicable!

This establishment is located in a beautiful area for it to look like how it is on the outside from first glance. The drive way is hazardous and needs to be smooth down and paved. The outside sitting area that overlooks the beachfront needs some yard work done. Grass in the back needs to cut and the pavement need to be pressure washed filled with mold; the benches behind the room has to be refurbished pressure wash and repaint. The room didn’t have any hot water which was an issue for me but my girlfriend didn’t mind, the WiFi had poor signal there should have been a curtain to separate the room from the kitchen area make it feel more intimate and private also it could have been good to avoid the sunlight that came in from the open glass roof. Overall the location was nice the room was cozy and I’ll recommend it definitely will stay again if adjustments are made.

This property is not what it looks like on Expedia! Huge disappointment and does not look like the pictures at all. Laundry facilities that were listed was a locked door by the front that looks shady as hell. So disappointed. Communication with this company is very poor as well. We stayed 1 out of our 7 days due to the poor conditions and am still waiting back for a response from this company. Don’t book here!

Saved by the wonderful management.

Please understand. This review reflects this property. The photos are incredibly misleading. The interior photos are fine. The shots of the pool and ocean view from the door are far from the truth. The “cottage” is a small unit at the back of a main beautiful looking property, the view is of concrete walls. The was a broken window in the cottage, broken glass outside the front door. Broken towel holders and hooks in the bathroom. And the place is under construction. RANT Over. On the bright side the management, Bianca is phenomenal. She was patient and understanding. She moved us to another property and for her alone I would use their company again. Though sometime in the future, they are a work in progress and eventually when their plans come together they will have something truly special
