" Clean room, very helpful room attendant, staff"

"It’s definitely a bare-bones kind of hotel, but for the price and location it was exactly what I needed. I was fairly pleasantly surprised! The room is a bit old and had a slight smell (left the window open for a bit and it mostly went away) but it was very clean otherwise, comfortable, and I felt safe the entire time. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly nice, super clean (no matter what time you went so they clearly clean it often) and recently renovated. I didn’t spend much time in the room anyway, so it worked perfectly for my stay. The WiFi was a bit slow but did the job. Plus, the staff were super friendly and kind. Overall, no bells and whistles, but I would definitely stay again!!"

"The location is excellent, it’s very convenient for shopping, dining, and venues. The room was a little dated but very clean. Staff were all very friendly. Also full breakfast in the morning was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"First time staying at Toronto Hilton and me and my daughter loved it. We were able to walk to Eaton Centre for shopping and food. Tons of restaurants nearby. We went for a concert and it was walking distance but we got an uber because it was freezing cold."
