"Everything about my stay was fabulous, I really love the idea of having a full kitchen, except there was no can opener in the kitchen, but compared to other places that I have stayed in, no where compares to this hotel. I needed an early check in and was able to do so with no problem at all. I would recommend the Resident Inn to anyone who is traveling and wants a top notch place to stay. "The front desk clerk was the only good part of my experience. The hotel is not as pictured. One building includes updated rooms (54) and one building is dilapidated (52). I opened the door to my room to find it filthy. The room had clearly not been swept or vacuumed in some time, let alone between guests. There was used body jewelry found on the floor. "All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."

"I stayed in room 316, I tried making a call phone wasn’t working!! I spoke to a gentleman, before leaving No one ever came to change the phone, I had to use my cell phone. I spoke to the young lady at the front desk about my concerns and her response was I understand not I’ll give you a discount everything else was okay."
