"Everything about my stay was fabulous, I really love the idea of having a full kitchen, except there was no can opener in the kitchen, but compared to other places that I have stayed in, no where compares to this hotel. I needed an early check in and was able to do so with no problem at all. I would recommend the Resident Inn to anyone who is traveling and wants a top notch place to stay. "Staying at Citizen M is a lot like shopping at Aldi. There's some insider knowledge needed. The hotel is fairly high tech. The check in is mostly self service. You even make your own key card. You must use your key card to operate the elevator, which is great for security, but frustrating for first time travelers who aren't in on the secret. In your room, you use an ipad to operate your TV, lights, climate, and blinds. The room is small, but the lobby is huge and really nice — the kind of place...

"Hotel is clean, maintained, almost new. I only stayed one night and was pleased with their services and facility. As a solo traveler I was a little weary of the area but it didn't seem shady. A few minor things: dirty towels, a little more variety in breakfast options. The beds were soft and dreamlike, unlimited hot water, no smells (biggest pet peeve)and it was quiet, just heard heavy footsteps from the room next door. Overall, I'd stay here again and recommend it to others."

"We loved the authentic feel of this hotel. It was quaint and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was tiny and lacked counter space. There was no place to store our clothes other than the closet with 6 hangers. We were there for five nights. It would be perfect for a short visit. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful library. We enjoyed our stay very much and made it fine regardless of lack of space. I might add the view from our room was nice as well."
