"Excellent stay, but we miss the cookies that they used to have at Reception"

"Everything about my stay was fabulous, I really love the idea of having a full kitchen, except there was no can opener in the kitchen, but compared to other places that I have stayed in, no where compares to this hotel. I needed an early check in and was able to do so with no problem at all. I would recommend the Resident Inn to anyone who is traveling and wants a top notch place to stay. "Got a call the morning we were supposed to check in saying we would receive a free upgrade to 2 double beds instead of the one king bed we originally booked. This was great news. However, when we arrived the lady at the front desk said she’s not sure who we talked to but we cannot get upgraded to a double for our length of stay (6 days). Not sure how that made sense. "All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."
