"This is a great hotel. Clean, nice apartment style rooms with a ktichen, solid gym, washer/dryer. Very nice bar/lounge and breakfast too. Good location across from the mall and easy on/off to Mass Pike."

"Clean room, the couch was a nice touch as was the water bottle. Loved that I could log into my own netflix and prime accounts to watch the TV that I enjoyed. the soaps smelled more masculine than unisex but they didn't wear that long so it wasn't a big deal."

"I gotta say, whoever thought it was a good idea to have the bathroom doors slide 'over' the opening should be fired - I don't leave the bathroom door open at home but with this door design it might just as well have been opened."

"Staff on check-in were okay but not overly friendly. Cabinet in kitchen I could not reach where it was placed in the kitchen."

"The saying "you get what you for" applies here. Because the only thing that negated this overnight visit was an odor. Possibly smoke. I then woke up in the morning needing to cough and air out the room, so the distinct smell was less profound. Another observation was the tub. I can tell that it has been used quite a bit. A replacement is likely needed in the near future. Besides these two things no other issues. Semi recent renovation that makes justifies the price."

"We booked last minute after another property canceled due to overbooking. Hyatt House Boston/Waltham had enough room for our family of 5, the room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful, the gym has great equipment, laundry was convenient and easy to use an app to pay. Local restaurants were an easy walkable distance."
