"The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Overall a nice hotel. What upset us was the nickel & dimeing. There was a $10 charge for parking - although it was not in the listing, and the parking lot was completely empty. They even tacked on 20% administrative charge on the tip paid by the QR code. I travel enough and tip by QR code provided in the room. First time I am seeing an administrative charge."

"Room was on the second floor and we couldn’t sleep because of the very loud noise from busy roads. Room was clean, but they forgot to refill the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Found this out while showering and no shampoo or conditioner came out of the pumped bottles. The room looked like they just threw stuff inside without care of where things should go. The curtain was falling down on one side. The TV was placed on a dresser in front the only mirror."

"Room was nice and customer service was great. The proximity to the train was good - about 8 min walk. The breakfast was not worth it - many hotels offer free breakfast of the same quality. Overall, a nice stay."

"Breakfast included means donuts and coffee at the check in lobby. I guess it’s considered breakfast since it’s food. Property was very low end. Smoke detector missing from ceiling, the wires were hanging down from where it should have been. And the mini fridge had deli meat in it from a previous guest. If there’s obvious issues like that who knows what else was wrong if I actually looked for issues. Luckily just stayed one night and survived. "

"Stayed here for a quick trip and unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The location was convenient, but the hotel felt outdated and not as clean as we hoped. The room had a musty smell, the hallways were noisy at night, the keys never worked on the outside doors & took several attempts to get to work at our room door! Housekeepers knocked on our door at 8:15 (a little early). Overall the experience just felt average for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I needed...
