"Overall, it was okay. If you're not a larger person, this place will be fine. However, if you are, know that the mattress is foam and the chairs, at least the ones in our room, were not fully assembled."

"We had to get maintenance into our room immediately after checking in, the door hiding the mini fridge wouldn't stay closed, the bedside lamp had a loose connection holding the shade and one of the floor lamps had a large hole in its shade. These were addressed quickly, and other than the furniture showing wear (scuffs on tables and dresser), it appeared clean. We did like the availability of coffee and breakfast items (pancakes, muffins, toast, cereal) and the helpfulness of the staff. The courtyard area is nice."

"I reserved a king bed, when I checked in they told me they did not have the room I reserved and I could have 2 queens, when I mentioned that I had reserved a king, they said "Look I have 2 queens, take it or leave it" In the shower the water did not drain, to the point when I woke up the next morning at there was STILL water in the tub"

"Check-in was ok. We got to the room and there was a really heavy MOLDY small in the room. I washed my hands, and a huge COCKROACH came out of the drain. After that, the sink would not drain. I went to the front desk, and the guy said he was gonna send "maintenance." The maintenance guy was not dressed appropriately. His shorts and underwear were hanging off his behind, showing everything. He tried to use a small snake to clean it, the smell was getting worse. I went back to the front desk. I told him that the mold smell was getting worse, he said to wait and see if it can get cleaned and that's where the smell was coming from. Plus he stated that there were no more rooms available and he didn't want to cancel anyone. So I went back to the room. The smell was making me feel sick, I had my elderly mother with me and I didn't want her to get sick from the smell. So I again went back to the front desk and told him that, he just got kind of upset and grabbed his computer aggressively and said, OK! I'll move you and just close the room. He put us next door. We moved in and the smell was better. BUT... in the restroom, there was another big roach on the floor. I killed I and tried to flush it, the toilet would NOT flush.. i called the front again on my cellphone, because there was NO phone cord on the house phone. I told him about the toilet, he sighed heavy and brought a plunger. He flushed it and just watched the water overflow onto the floor. He brought 3 small towels."

"The property was nicely located. Very close to the airport but location was still close enough to everything. Friendly staff and very clean property. My only complaint would be for them to do a little better on the complimentary breakfast, it was edible but didn't have a freshness to it."
