"General comfort and cleanliness was at a good level compared to mid-range hotels I’ve experienced in India before. Staff were very friendly, but whenever I had a question about something with reception they said they would check and call me in my room and they never called. Laundry was arranged for me but was not returned when expected. "Pros: Clean room. Kind-of compact but has everything you'd need even for a 10-day stay. Very close to Jayadeva Metro stop. Lots of restaurants & coffee/tea shops around. There is also a Blinkit warehouse very close-by. The staff is available to clean the room everyday. Room delivery is good. Laundry service is good but might cost a bit. After receiving a confirmed booking and showing the confirmation to reception, still not giving a room is epitome of unprofessionalism. I will never choose this hotel ever again. "

"Spend 3 nights at Casa Cottage and I was a great experience. We had a wonderful Room (number 18) with a great balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and the owner are extremely nice and helpful. When we went home from the City,with it’s noise and traffic, it was very lovely to come to our Casa Cottage, were everything is quiet among the great vegetation."
