While it isn’t a luxury five-star resort, it is a solid three-star gem with an immense amount of charm. The location is perfect—it's very convenient for visiting local attractions like the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, Sight & Sound Theatres, and the Tanger Outlets, yet it feels peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. If you’re a train enthusiast or just looking for a unique stay, it is well worth it. Don't skip the restaurant—the food was fantastic, and the portions/quality really give you your money's worth!"

"The breakfast was good. Many different options to choose from. The staff was okay. The front desk receptionist spoke quickly and was not clear in some areas. She began not by welcoming me, but by telling me my stay would not be”count” because I reserved through Expedia. We were placed in a room that faced Route 1. We listened to loud and fast traffic all night."

"Second time we stayed here and will be back again! Breakfast is included with your stay and is delicious! Spacious clean remodeled rooms with a peaceful view of the pond & barn! Right next to Sight and sound which we had tickets for the show. Excellent place to stay!"

"We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree) "
