"We loved our stay - the room was spacious and spotless. We were really surprised when we found fresh towels and beds made after we went to explore the city. The hotel has may places to chill or mingle with others, magazines, books and may art pieces on display. There is a bar onsite that offers some drinks/cocktails as well as a small food menu. We regretted not being able to stay longer. "

"If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

"Good Breakfast. Real eggs with meat and also without meat. Comfortable beds and room. I was right above the lobby so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep in. The staff was very helpful to get me a different room for the 2nd night. Good central location and good value. I would stay here again."

"The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago."
