"the room was clean , it was filled with great staff and they address one problem we had with a extension of our exit to help with air port schedule .

"Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful;.On our last day, checkout was at noon. I asked if they had a room to change into travel clothes since our flight did not leave Santiago until 8:55 pm. Without hesitation, the main manager at the front desk said that we could stay in our room until 4;30 pm. when we had arranged for a transfer to the airport. This hotel is located close to the city centre with an easy walk to Place de Armas. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend...
