"It was a short stay but very nice! The hotel staff is very helpful and the room was awesome. It was a big room with all the amenities you need. I also had a lovely massage and facial while I was there."

"Good location for visiting the sights of the central city. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room."

"Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. "Loved the duplex distribution. A chair is needed in the bedroom, upstairs. Nice and quiet. Good location. Although the place is in the downtown area, there is no problem arriving or moving around. Next to the beautiful Santa Lucía hill. Anything needed is just a few steps away. Highly recommended."
