"We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). "Very nice hotel at a really reasonable price. The staff was easy to work with and communicated well via email prior to arrival. Airport transfers were seamless. The location is a great area for restaurants and bars. Local vendors selling goods along the streets. Walkable to many points of interest. Highly recommended."

"Room was very cleab and for the price, it was great as long as the condition is maintained. The AC worked great in my room and again, great price for the place I was in. The gym was solid and the people looked good. The neighborhood isnt the prettiest but its still close to a lot of nice places in Santiago and easily walkable. Would def recommend for this price and this general price range. "

"If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

"Hotel quite recently renovated (looks like). Clean and specious room. We liked our bed and pillows were fine. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough to start our day. Fresh fruits big bonus, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt etc. We would definitely recommend it. Very close to downtown, 8-10 minutes walk."
