The spa facilities were disappointing; the pool was unheated, and several water jets were broken. Furthermore, my treatment was cut short by 15 minutes, and upon reporting this at reception, I was merely told 'thank you for your feedback' with no attempt to address the issue. Compared to other hotels in this price range, this venue is lacking in both location and facilities. Ok experience but...

Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods. "This boutique hotel was very comfortable to stay in and the staff was really friendly and responsive to your needs! Was able to get upgraded to a suite room and it was so cute and artistic! It is about 15-20 minutes away (walking and public transportation) from the main tourist sites and areas and we do not mind! Overall wonderful stay here and would totally recommend! "
