"It was 1101 and the bartender would not make me a cappuccino, even though I saw him there a good couple of minutes as I was putting my package down before walking over he said he already started cleaning the machine which means he started cleaning up before the cut off of 11 AM and wouldn’t do anything about it. I was unbelievable appalled, I will not be coming back."

"I called in the morning for an early check in. Lady was very nice and we knew ahead of time there was a 50$ charge to check in at noon. Upon arrival the same lady checked us in and waived the early check in fee. Was one of the most polite check ins I have ever had."

"Front desk staff was great! Check-in was easy. Breakfast offerings were decent! Unfortunately, there was a hotel wide TV outage for over 12 hours which left us with kind of a negative view of the property. Weather outside was cold and rainy so couldn't use the pool - with not much left to do, being without one of the most basic amenities for our entire stay was somewhat disappointing!"

"convinced it wasn’t cleaned at all. when we arrived on the patio, there was a trash bag full of stuff. We were later than blamed for smoking in the apartment because in the trash bag they found outside had cigarette butts. No one in my group smoke cigarettes at all and they still are blaming us and trying to charge us $250. In my bedroom when i got into bed the sheets weren’t even fully on had to make my own bed."

"This is a perfect case of “you get what you pay for”. This building is old, and a little run down, but it was a good option for the few days we stayed in Denver. Staff was helpful and friendly!"

"Staff was amazing. Very well mannered. The room seemed dingy. Couch was terrible could even sit on it. Parking was terrible. The people in the next room were loud and ppl walking around all hours of the night"

"Queen Ann B&B was wonderful from check-in to check -out. Hannah met us with warm friendly welcome, showed us around. She even made us snickerdoodle cookies! The room was very spacious and quiet...cozy. We opted to walk across the park to a wonderful little Italian restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty.( yogurt, fruit, cranberry bread slab, scrambled eggs, stuffed pita bread, coffee & orange juice). Check out was simple and painless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back."

"The Oxford Hotel books loud parties inside the hotel directly below patron rooms. The floor was literally vibrating from the bass until 11 pm. Incompatible with sleeping and very disrespectful to their hotel guests. They should not have booked the affected rooms during this event."

The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel."
