I accidentally booked for the wrong night. When I showed up to the property the staff was rude and did not care. I tried to change my reservation and they had no room. I ultimately had to pay and stay at another hotel. I tried to get a refund and hotels.com tried as well to no avail.

Overall this is a solid, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Room was clean, bed very comfortable only problem was the air con which was centrally controlled.
