"When we got there we were quickly welcomed at the lobby and given our room keys. As we got to the floor our room was on we noticed a lot of large trash bags in the hallway outside of the rooms. "We ran into a small, canine sanitation issue with our room upon check-in, but the staff and management were incredibly quick, friendly, and accommodating, despite the hotel being packed! The rooftop pool is awesome; it has a hot tub nearby and a great little wading area where kids can safely splash around while enjoying awesome views of the city. Between the convenient location, tasty breakfast buffet, and professional team, we’ll definitely be back!"

"My telephone in the room didn’t work, the surge priotextor blew my coffee machine and after an hour still no one came for help. There are no apps or upgrades on the tv at all. I was upgraded due to cigarette smoking in the building but I was not overall impressed with the facility. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. "

"Our room was very clean with a nice view of the astrodome and nrg. We stopped by the desk to let them know there was an issue with the mini fridge. "the pictures catfished me, the pictures are way nicer then what you really get. It’s definitely affordable and not completely terrible. It’s very basic and you walk in to a weird smell of muggy bleach in the lobby, interior has ok decor and the staff is super friendly so that’s a plus and no problems there. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from their small store because it’s extremely expensive for no reason. The rooms were also very basic and a tad ‘worn’ for lack of a better word. Showers...
