"The room was dirty. The floors were dirty upon arrival. No towels at the pool. The back elevator was broken. The check-in took FOREVER and I ask for a poolside and two queens but upon arrival no availability. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Too crowded and the housekeeper was too worried about cleaning rather than putting food out and why would you be cleaning serving food at the same time UNSANITARY! "

"The room was under some sort of construction. There was a light fixture randomly laying in the only chair, and more hanging from the walls in the bathroom all over the sink. No electricity in the bathroom at all. Television didn’t work and the smoke detector had been removed. When we asked the front desk for a different room we were told the hotel had no empty room yet we saw several that looked unoccupied hours later when we returned from dinner. We had driven seven hours so had no real other options for the night so we had to use the restroom with no lights and shower in the dark. Very disappointed with this stay. Had booked here before a couple years ago and it was wonderful. Will never book it again."

"Not third party friendly the staff was not equipped to handle any guest reservation or to understand the needs and accommodations for handling guest stay it’s recommended to stay one night to get the experience to see what’s at hands and leave certains items in the room was not functioning was very difficult to get help to fix the issue "

"This property was able to accommodate my family & I in a time of need, Staff were kind enough to let us view a room before actual payment to make sure the rooms are up to our liking. Rooms where clean, ac units worked, sheets were clean, nice tv’s mounted on the walls ! Rooms came with two aisle stovetops, mid size refrigerator with freezer ! Nice lights in room ! This is right next to a Convenience store and taco spot ! Definitely recommend and super affordable on Hotels.com ! "
