"The Overnight Desk Clerk tried to charge me extra money for "taxes" as I checked out of the room , which I found to be extremely unconventional for a hotel such as this one. I have never had to pay extra for fees before and I didn’t then. I love staying at Towne Place Suites, but this has really placed lowered my view of this property. "The room was tolerable, the bathtub had rust. Breakfast had minimal options, only thing hot was waffles that you make in the waffle maker. No protein. The environment of the hotel outside the room was absolutely terrible, some areas smelled like urine. Never aging!"

"The room was very nice, clean, and had lots of space. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Best part was the 3 free alcoholic drinks and food between 5:30-7. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I had. Only one small complaint- they only cleaned our room once while we were there. I’m not sure if that is their policy or not."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This motel is horrible and I would not recommend anyone stay here. They gave us a dirty room at first, one of the beds looked like someone had just gotten out of it. Then the second room was barely cleaned. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. We were too afraid to sleep under the covers.
